I won $2004 and they refuse to pay my…

I won $2004 and they refuse to pay my winnings. Citing the same response each time which is "Dear, the system detected that you were altering its flow, which is why your withdrawal was rejected." And "Dear, our system has detected irregular betting activity on your account. In line with our website policies, all winnings have been forfeited"

They wont give me a reasonable explanation or explain what "altering its flow" means. Nor will they provide any proof of my supposed breach of their rules.

Do not deposit with this casino. They are dodgy.
