We approached Cunningham covers with a tricky hand drawn design, but after a few conversations with Matthew, everthing was sorted out.
We are very happy with the quality of the product, the support we received from Matthew and the delivery was prompt. We can now use our pergola all year round and are very happy with the outcome. I had need recently to replace my old panels on my decking area. I did the usual online research to find a trustworthy company that provided bespoke panels and good customer support.
I came across Cunningham Covers and provided my measurements on the website.
I received a confirmation and pricing of my panels and an offer to send me samples of colours, which I accepted.

I placed an order and received drawings confirming final panels, showing zip, window and stud placements. I also requested additional ties on the door section to allow dog access which were included as required.
Confirmed the order and completed panels were delivered within 14 days.

Installed in a day and fitted perfectly and the quality is excellent.

It’s the first time we have used Cunningham Covers, but it won’t be the last. From design to delivery Matthew was amazing, and answered all questions promptly. Fitting was a little tricky at first, but once we had done one panel, the others were a lot easier. We are really pleased with the end result, thank you.

Good service and tarpaulin .Have used Cunningham covers 6 years ago and the cover they made is still like new as when I fitted it over a poly tunnel . It is in full sunlight and has been unaffected by the sun uv. Will use them again good company

From start to finish Matthew could not have been more helpful. He guided me through the planning process. Checked my measurements and photos. I got all the fastenings with the covers along with instructions. The eyelets were spaced out exactly as I requested.
The covers are a perfect fit which was very important as my gazebo is an odd shape. Delivery was as promised (ahead of time actually)

The panels look fantastic. The quality is excellent. Communication was second to none! But there were a couple of small hick ups which I will expand on later. The design and ordering process was very easy. Matthew, who has been our contact throughout, double checked everything with us from the start. We ordered 4 panels to encompass our aluminum frame canopy. The panels were made bespoke and delivered in just 8/9 days. We were very pleased with the quality, especially compared to more expensive panels (going on samples received) that are on the market. My husband put up the panels. There was a problem with the measurements of 1 panel, and we could not make it fit. We contacted Matthew by email, and he rang me to discuss the problem. He reordered the panel which arrived within a week. However, this still did not fit. Matthew asked us to return both of the wrong panels, and said that they would investigate what had gone wrong. We received the replacement and it fit lovely (apart from the pocket at the bottom was only 15mm at one end, we had to use a narrower pole). Apart from those hiccups, we would thoroughly recommend Cunningham's, and we already have. The panels have already made a lot of difference to us as we do like to eat outside as much as possible, and the windows in the panels make us feel like we are still in the garden.
