As a customer

As a customer, I found the instructions and documentation frustratingly unclear. Several steps lacked proper explanations, leaving me uncertain whether I was following the correct process or overlooking something important. Having to spend extra time figuring out the instructions made the entire experience more complicated than necessary. Clear documentation, practical examples, and straightforward guidance for common tasks would have made the experience much easier and less frustrating.
