Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest and Unprofessional

In response to your reply. I would like to clarify a few key points regarding the situation.
First, the return of the vehicle was not a goodwill gesture on your part. I exercised my legal rights under consumer protection laws to cancel a purchase within 30 days due to the car being faulty. This was not a favor granted by your dealership but a legal obligation on your part.
Second, you had 14 days to organize the refund, including requesting my bank details, as it was your responsibility to process the return. The delay in processing my refund was a result of your internal mismanagement, and I should not be held accountable for the consequences of that.
Regarding communication, I reached out several times seeking a resolution and did not receive a reply. I did not harass anyone, I simply pursued my right to a refund after being ignored. If any of my messages were perceived as aggressive, it was out of frustration from a lack of response and accountability, not from any intent to cause distress.
While I appreciate that the refund was ultimately processed, I must reiterate that my actions were grounded in consumer rights, not hostility. I hope your team reflects on this experience and considers the importance of timely, professional communication with customers in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a used car they assured me was in "top shape." They offered no warranty but gave me verbal assurances that the vehicle had no issues. Within a short time of owning it, the engine began to have serious problems.
Since the issues started within 30 days of purchase, I decided to return the car. The seller agreed and promised a full refund within 11 days. I waited patiently, but after 14 days, no refund had arrived. When I followed up via text, the seller ignored my messages and gave nothing but excuses.
It took five extra days, and only after I kept pushing, for them to finally issue the refund. To make matters worse, when I called after 19 days of waiting, they hung up the phone on me, a clear sign of their complete lack of professionalism and respect.
The entire experience was stressful and frustrating. The dealership showed no accountability and offered horrible customer service throughout.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this business. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and treat customers terribly once the sale is made. Look elsewhere for a dealer who values honesty and customer care.

Gabriela, The full story is that you purchased a 15 reg car that we traded in. You signed a form to say that you were purchasing the car as "Sold as seen" and were happy to receive no warranty. Therefore when an issue arose with the vehicle, which sometimes happens with a ten year old car, we agreed to purchase the vehicle back from you. We told you that we would give you a full refund. However to carry out the refund we needed your bank details. We only received this on the Thursday of the bank holiday weenkend. You were informed that the girl in accounts who processes payments was on holidays on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend and therefore the payment would be processed first thing on the Tuesday morning. At this point you verbally harassed our staff, telling them that you were going to send a solicitor to our premises. On the Tuesday you continued the aggressive phone calls even after proof of payment had been sent to you. Sometimes there is only so much you can do for people and we do not condone any of our staff having to put up with abusive phone calls, especially when they are doing their best to rectify a bad situation for a customer. We wish you the best of luck with your next vehicle purchase.

I bought my first Toyota and the customer service was excellent. Jack went through all features of the car and explained it all in detail and downloaded the app to show me what I could do remotely. He went through the warranties and free 3 year service. Am delighted with my purchase and feel very safe when driving such a sturdy, well built car. All in all a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them for their service.
