Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 153 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers found the product ineffective, reporting no visible changes to their skin or under-eye bags, and some even experienced increased wrinkles or irritation. People also faced significant challenges with the refund and return policy, describing it as convoluted and difficult to navigate. Many reported that the company ignored refund requests or imposed conditions that made returns nearly impossible, often requiring customers to pay for expensive international shipping to China. Additionally, several customers never received their orders or found the product to be hard, dry, and unusable upon arrival. However, some customers also noted positive interactions with customer service, specifically mentioning individuals who were helpful in processing refunds or correcting order mistakes. A few other people also felt that the products were effective for general skincare issues, such as reducing red lines or improving skin texture, and appreciated the company's guarantee.

Well, to advertise it works in minutes is a bit of an exaggeration. I have tried for a week and nothing. Any decent moisturizer can hydrate, this does but no reduction in puffiness. I knew better t... See more

False advertising

False advertising, I used it for more than 30 days and nothing happened. The eye puffiness remains. It's difficult to get the out of the tube. It's nothing but grease in a tube and nothing more. I want my money back for this product.

Be careful! Shady purchasing practices!…

When making my purchase I was not ever given an opportunity to confirm my shipping address and my old address was used. I reported this immediately, but was told it was too late. Be very careful of the shady practices of this company. I will probably never see my purchase.

Impossible to contact and start refund.

No visible change to eye bags after 30 days. Product was stiff and hard to apply even after suggested hand warming. Called compmany five times, hung up on each time. Tried emailing, but couldn't get past six attempts at "I am human". Very poor customer service. I am out $80.00 although website says 90 day money back refund if not satisfied. Impossible to contact and start refund.

Useless product

Useless product - an absolute waste of money. Don't waste your time with this product. Trying to get a refund was impossible. Do not recommend you engage with this company or buy this product - a huge disappointment overall.

Awful Product And Service

Yes, agree with all the one star reviews, wishing I could give none. Bad product, increases wrinkles under eyes, and did nothing for bags. No response to emails or calls, so must conclude that there is no customer service other than taking your money and processing orders. Don’t waste your time and money, as I did.

Would give a zero if possible

Would give a zero if possible. Customer service doesn’t honor the refund or refund policy. They won’t get back to you. They take your money and don’t stick to their policy of 90 day return. And the product is ineffective
