I’m really upset with this purchase. The Labubus items I received are fake, and the business page is clearly not legit. I thought I was getting a good deal on 6 pieces, but they’re poor quality and definitely not original. I even had to pay extra for delivery. I feel scammed and will be warning others. A full refund is expected.

Received Obvious Fakes – Very Disappointed
I ordered a full box of Labubu figures (6 blind boxes) from this website, but what I received is clearly fake. The packaging is totally wrong, the size is off, the quality is poor, and the text on the box (“Big Into Energy”) is completely incorrect. Even without opening any of the boxes, it’s obvious these are not authentic products.
I contacted the seller immediately and requested a full refund, but I have yet to receive any helpful response.
I paid by credit card, so I will be filing a chargeback. I strongly advise others to avoid this store unless you want to waste your money on counterfeit items.
This is extremely disappointing, especially for collectors who expect genuine products.
