I bought a Spanish world cup poster, which was advertised as an "original print". So I imagined it would be an actual poster from 1982. It wasn't. I already had an original and this was just a modern copy. It was suspiciously cheap I suppose, but I feel conned.

AVOID! Agreed for a return and refund, then declined refund once they had the return. No communication since. No refund, no exchange. Shocking company.

It was my first time shopping at the store. I placed my order on Saturday and it was shipped on Monday; the service was quite fast. The package arrived after about two weeks (especially due to customs clearance) in good condition, just as it was presented on the website. Overall, I'm very satisfied. 100% recommended.

Excellent Company. Have bought 2 vintage shirts off this site ordered one today and one a few months ago. All real and quick delivery. I emailed about sizing and they got back straight away with exact measurements for the shirt I wanted. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These guys are amazing! I mistakenly ordered with 48h delivery and needed it before then, so they changed next day with no hassle and said it was on them after I offered to pay the difference 💪 also the shirt was bang on! Thanks again!

I bought a River Plate 2002/04 away kit a couple of weeks ago from them, however the tags looked suspicious as the flag size tag isbehind the adidas tag with the river plate logo. The tag that shows the date that the kit was manufactured is missing. I've contacted them to see how they were able to authenticate the shirt However there hasn't been a response i've checked my spam everything and NOTHING. Hope they contact me and let me know how they were able to authenticate my shirt. I hope they can clarify more on this as i dont want to lose the trust that i have on them :/

We don't have same definitions of excellent.
They dont mentioned some pulls and scratches.
But they said the product condition was excellent

Great shirt and fast delivery

Wonderful site with an amazing collection of kits, all with outstanding quality. Shipping is quick but confirmation is even faster. I’ve never had any problems but I’m sure their customer service is top notch!

So I don’t normally write reviews however this time I feel it’s right too.

This football shirt store is a good shop if your looking for shirts or memorabilia, there’s a good variety of shirts/ track tops or so. Delivery was very quick and nicely packaged. The only downside of this site that lets it down is the customer service.

The customer service is non existent at all whatsoever, I purchased a top that was meant to have a certificate of authenticity that goes with the item I bought and it was stated in the description. The top came without it, which I wasn’t worried about too much personally however if it was somebody else it could be an issue especially if they had been starting to get into expensive shirts. I tried contacting them on their message chat and got no response, also emailed them as well and got no response on their either.

It’s a shame because overall it’s a good site for shirts however, if I were to buy from again I would be hesitant to do so as if there was a problem with a order I made in the future, I wouldn’t be sure if I would want the hassle if the customer service is non existent.
