If I could rate zero stars I would, like others on here I wish I'd read reviews before I had ordered, I ordered an oversized fluffy hoodie as a gift 3 weeks ago, it arrived just for me to find out the company had just forwarded me some poor quality top from aliexpress. They charged me £30+ just to forward on probably a £5 top from aliexpress, dont bother with this company. I've asked for my money back but I doubt I'll even hear back from them
Avoid at all costs.

My order came very fast (roughly 5 days) during covid-19 and was in perfect condition! Love the brand!

Love the clothes, order took 10 days to come just like they said !!! Great quality for the price you pay, customer service was great. Would deffo order again ❤️❤️

Really poor quality clothes and looks completely different to the image they use on the website. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and to return the item I'll have to pay £15 out of my own money when the item itself was £28 so not much point!! Really disappointed.

The good reviews on here and being paid to say this.
They contacted me (“ambassador”) and offered a free item from their website if I write a good review.
They are the biggest SCAM! Once you place your order they will ignore you for weeks. I have commented on every picture they have posted since asking for them to reply to my DMs. They have deleted every comment and continue to IGNORE.
They DO NOT STICK TO THEIR AMBASSADOR DEAL in the slightest!!!
They just want more orders!!!
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Scam company, ordered items months ago but still have not received them. Emails sent, no reply.

Tracking number sent via email, when checked they are not recognised. Why on earth would you operate in such a way taking peoples money. No customer service and no contact number- why would you bother to shop with them. Not happy for the anxiety caused.

Clothes are gorgeous but would get a size up to what you normally are as they’re a little on the tight size. My order took about 4 weeks to come but understandable due to the virus would like to see all my outfits arrive in the same bag as they came a separate times but other than that I love the outfit.

Love the joggers that ordered, came in the time that they told me they would. Sizes are small

Horrible company. One star is too generous. This company contacted me and asked me to be an ambassador for their company. I ordered 2 pairs of joggers and given tracking numbers. Both of which weren’t recognised. Received the first pair and they are not true to size and also see through. When I contacted them in regards to this no one would reply. I then asked for an update on my other joggers, yet again no reply. A few days ago I received a card through my door from Royal Mail staring that my package couldn’t be delivered as there was a customs charge of £11.74, which of course were my joggers. I didn’t pay this of course but I did take photos of the packaging in the sorting office. I contacted cult collection via Instagram and they tell me they are not responsible for this charge even though it was their fault as they hadn’t signed their declaration properly. Absolute joke of a company and anyone who orders from here needs their head checked.

Ordered a teddy fleece hoody & choker chain necklace. Order took 18 days to come & necklace was missing! Quality of product is awful no labels in the hoody & sizes are not true.

I have contacted them multiple times no response from either!

Such a scam from a company that wants me to promote their brand!! No delivery information/ tracking like it says you will get, when you try track your delivery it comes up all in another language saying shipped the whole time. Been waiting three weeks after emails, Instagram messaging they will ignore ALL messages. When you ask to cancel/get a refund they will dodge it as much as they can. Rude company definitely will not be buying off there again

At the first I was mad cuz of the late shipping it took like a month but I can understand because if the virus . Then I receive my items I was so happy it feels good on me everyone was asking me so girls get yours .

I WAS an ambassador, This company is awful as is their products and customer service, the clothes are a rip off and tacky texture. 1 item didn’t even come and when you ask for a refund they like avoiding it as much as possible. Chatting £35 for a cropped hoodie (my friends order) when you can see straight through it. Disgusting how they can con people out of money. DONT BE FOOLED.

I ordered the ‘baby girl crop top’ and I’ll definitely be ordering again! Such amazing quality for such a cheap price !

I love cult collections clothes! They took some time to come but is understanding with everything going on at the moment !

Awful scam of a company .
Never received delivery information , and received absolutely no response to 7 emails ,multiple calls with nobody answering , and no reply on Instagram .
Don’t order from this company !!

I completely love this site, came across a picture of this page on my instagram explore page and I instantly went on their page. I just order directly through them...I am always complemented on my outfits Whenever I wear a piece from them. Thank you for having cute trendy clothes that fit and look good. I am looking forward to shopping more with you.

This website has some nice unique bits if you like to dress funky! The quality isn’t amazing but what do you expect when it’s that cheap, it’s still wearable and looks nice. Shipping takes a while but that is stated on their website!
