I placed an order with you and my credit card was DECLINED. So I waited 1–2 days and placed another order… and you ended up charging me for both orders. I would have thought that a declined payment meant the order wasn’t processed!!!

MUST IMPROVE!
I made my order, I completed everything, even the payment with my credit card, they then sent me a confirmation about my order, but my credit card wasn't charged! I asked them, through their live chat, if there was any problem regarding my order, and after ..2 days they sent me a mail, telling me that, because of law restrictions, they can't sent perfumes abroad (from France to Greece). OK, but if you want to advertise that you are a big company, then fix your ordering system in order not to allow perfume orders from Greece, or at least educate your employees to learn about this specific problem, so they will know what to answer to abroad customers like me! Why to waste so much of one customer's precious time?

impossible communication
the automated system you implemented doesn’t allow for a proper conversation with your CS team. I took the time to send info and images but the email never reached you. It’s quite frustrating to have such a difficult communication system for a reality like Cult Beauty.

I think Cult Beauty is a fantastic…
I think Cult Beauty is a fantastic website ...I mostly shop there , the range of products & service is terrific but sadly my last purchase cost €10 for delivery ! that is double what it was ...I know its probably not their fault but it certainly will give me pause ..most other beauty websites have not done that ...Its such a shame .
