I approached them because the lid on my old coffee machine was faulty, it meant that my coffee decorated my worktop rather than go into the carafe! From my initial inquiry to getting a replacement carafe (they didn't have just a spare lid) was 5 days. Very prompt communication and delivery, absolutely faultless and a very generous gesture.

I cannot begin to explain the most amazing customer service I received from this company.
I was gifted an ice cream maker by my neighbour before she died. The first time I used it a part was broken so I contacted Cuisinart. They couldn’t replace the item as it was an old machine, so gave me a 50% discount on a new item. Amazing. I can now try to replicate the amazing ice cream she used to make for her sons. Amazing company.

We had bought their air fryer/toaster oven just over a year ago, and we love it. The only issue we’ve had with it is that the pull out crumb tray got marked up with something that was cooking and spilled on it and then got baked on. It would not come off no matter how hard we tried.
I went to their website to look for a replacement tray. Not finding one, I wrote to their customer support and asked how I can buy one. I described the issue, and they put one in the post for me, no charge! A couple of days later it arrived as good as now. My oven looked brand new again. This was really good - and unexpected - customer service. I have been quite prepared to pay for one. I guess they decided that it qualified under the warranty. Great service. I would buy the same oven all over again.

I recently had a problem with my electric wine bottle opener inasmuch as the corkscrew didn't engage with the cork. This has always been a great product so I was disappointed when it failed. I emailed Cuisinart telling them about the problem. I had a reply the same day asking me to provide further details and photos of the batch codes. A day later they advised that they would be sending a new unit! Now that's what I call service and I applauded them accordingly.

We purchased this and loved it, briefly. Week 2, the espresso lid jammed. It’s stuck for good. Non refundable. Only replacements via warranty. Can not the a credit towards a different machine. I believe this is a class action lawsuit. Avoid this machine.

Hi .. I bought a Cuisinart RWO100E, Bottle Opener & am very satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately whilst travelling, I lost the vacuum sealer cork which is used to pressurise the bottle when opened. I contacted Support and they were extremely helpful, asking me for necessary information and have expedited a replacement to be sent to me. I’m very impressed with the speed of reply and ease of the process. Thank you .. John

I've been buying cuisinart products for 20 years, recently had my first issue and the customer service sorted it all out for me with a replacement. I feel they went above and beyond just the contractal obligation and made sure I was happy. They will be my first choice for kitchen equipment now.

I bought a spice grander which jammed and broke, in a somewhat unlikely way (so I don't think this was the fault of the design). But the project had a good warantee and and customer service were super helpful: clear, efficient, and even offered a recycling service for the broken grinder
