Twin Drawer Fryer failed to produce the correct temperature. I thought home made fries should not take 40 mins! Eventually a quick test with my BBQ thermometer revealed on 157C and not 210C. Jeanette on the customer services phone line made the process of getting it checked out super easy. The machine was collected by DPD and within 4 days, it was confirmed as faulty. There is a new machine on its way, with an extended warranty and the communication has been superb. What’s not to like - utterly amazing customer service that is low stress and super helpful; gold stars all round! Thank you Cuisinart UK - fantastic

I spoke to Jeanette on Monday 22/9 regarding the fact that I had not received an update on the order I had placed a week before on 15/9. She called me back within a very short time giving me an update & resulting in my order arriving the very next day. What more could you ask for in customer service.

This has got to be one of best companies that I have ever dealt with (and that’s saying something). Their after sales service is incredible and have replaced my kettle that developed a fault but to ensure our toaster matched, they replaced that too. Highly highly recommended!!

Amazing customer service, the team went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect ice cream maker, I chose the Cuisinart Cool Scoops Ice Cream Maker after much deliberation. I chose it because it has a small footprint, makes ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt and sorbet and makes a generous portion of 1.4 litres in 20 minutes. The canister fits neatly in my freezer and is in incredible value. I was very impressed as my first ice cream maker was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. I sent a message to the team about my disappointment around 17:00 and at 3:30 am I received an email saying my replacement ice cream maker was on its way. I received it in less than 24 hours in time for my birthday 🎁. I have made an egg custard ice cream and a hot fudge peanut butter sauce. Thank you Cuisinart team for making my birthday happy 😃 ❤️

Absolutely superb customer service! After experiencing an issue with my ice cream maker, I contacted customer services and spoke to someone called Islania on the phone, who couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to resolve the issue. When I encountered exactly the same problem the next time I used the machine (we agreed I would report back), she offered to send a replacement - and it came the very next day. Other companies should take a leaf out of Cusinart‘s book - so refreshing to get such friendly, efficient service in the current climate and they have made me a very happy customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again - 11 out of 10!!!

Terrible customer service. My Ice Cream wand went faulty the first use of it.
I have emailed twice and tried to call a number of times where I am “next in the queue”, the last call I held this position for 50 minutes before giving up.
The wand sparked, smoked and powered down. I currently have rotten ingredients locked into it because it can’t be undone.
A complete waste of money.

Great service from Cuisinart when my much loved mini chopper just stopped…but it was covered by the five year warranty and the process to have it replaced was relatively easy…I had the original receipt etc.

Excellent customer service from this company. Had a problem with their coffee maker which stopped grinding, whilst under guarantee and after contacting customer services a new machine was dispatched with extended guarantee. Can’t fault this company.

Had a problem with a kettle that we'd had for a year or so. I contacted Cuisinart by email and they were very swift and helpful. My particular kettle was out of stock so they couldn't replace it, but sent me a similar model, which is fine.

I have an old ice cream maker which needed repair or replacement. After consideration I decided to replace. Cuisinart offered me a 50% discount on any new machine even though the problems on my original machine were all created by me. I thought it very generous. I made no demands or complaints to them

I raised an issue with this company regarding a cuisinart kettle I had owned for several months and which was still under guarantee. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and requested photos of the kettle. Within 24 hours, I received a reply offering to replace the kettle and just a couple of days later I received the replacement kettle with details of how to recycle the original item. Every communication I had from Cuisinart was extremely helpful and processional and to say they resolved the issue is an understatement. Thank you, Jeanette and your team.

I purchased a Cuisinart grill machine almost 4 years ago from John Lewis and recently the flat plates have become rusty and food sticks no matter what you do.
Under the 5 years warranty, I called Cuisinart and spoke with a very helpful perosn who sent me details of how to claim immediately, following which I provided photos, receipts etc.
I’m delighted to say that I’ve had a response within 1 week to say they are sending me replacement plates, excellent customer service, thank you!

CUISINART DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCT THROUGH EBAY!
I bought a brand new Cuisinart Electric Pepper grinder through ebay... it mechanically failed after only 5 months.. I wrote to their customer services explaining what had happened with proof of purchase.. THIS WAS THEIR MEALY MOUTHED WRIGGLE OUT REPLY... and I quote verbatim.....
'Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, an eBay receipt is not valid for warranty coverage. eBay is considered a third-party platform, and since we cannot verify how the product has been handled, stored, or transported prior to sale, we are unable to honour the warranty for items purchased through such channels. For full warranty coverage, we recommend purchasing from authorised retailers or directly through our official website.
If you have a problem with the eBay transaction or feel the product was not as Described please contact eBay directly.'.. end of quote.
So, in short Cuisinart deem ebay an 'unauthorised seller' and as such, their position is that UK buyer protection law does not apply to them. (The right to a manufacturer return or a repair for a faulty item within six months of purchase.)
This product was delivered by post in a sealed box, brand new, completely undamaged .. exactly as it would have been if I had bought it from their 'authorised dealers?' and it worked perfectly at first but then failed after only 5 months... well beyond any ebay returns protection scheme.... and Cuisinart fully well know that....
A VERY POOR QUALITY RESPONSE FROM A VERY POOR QUALITY CHARLETON COMPANY...
POTENTIAL NEW BUYERS.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
