En resumen, fue una experiencia fantástica. Todo salió según lo previsto, según su plan de compra. ¡Todo estaba en orden! Cerré el trato el viernes por la noche y la moto llegó el miércoles siguiente por la mañana. Solo puedo agradecer a todos en Cuimo, al equipo de entrega y a Transmoto, especialmente al conductor que vino desde Madrid por la noche y me recibió con una gran sonrisa. Muchísimas gracias a todos los que lo hicieron posible.

All in all it was a great experience. Everything went as planned in accordance with their purchase roadmap. Everything was in order! I made the deal on Friday evening and the bike arrived the following Wednesday morning. I can only give everyone at Cuimo and the delivery team, Transmoto, especially the driver who had driven from Madrid in the night and greeted me with a big smile on his face. A huge Thanks to all that made it happen.

They sold me a defective motorcycle. Even with a premium warranty and the fault codes that it gives, they still blame wrong use.

Overall, the service was very good. The staff were helpful, communicative, and kind! I can recommend Cuimo without any hesitation. They supported me remotely, and also in English. The process to reserve and purchase the bike was smooth and fully digital. However, one minor damage on the bike was not disclosed - I only discovered it when asking for extra photos. There was no change to the price for this mistake but they did apologise for it.
