Fast communication when you have a question. Also flexibel in having a solution in case of a issue, i had a bracelot that broke down and CUFF sent me a new own to replace this it. Good service!
Very impressed with customer service here. It was running late on delivery and turned out to be not their fault at all. They chased it up, found there had been a strike in the country of delivery, kept checking regularly until it arrived. I recommend!

I already bought a ring for my boyfriend with engravings which was absolutly amazing. Perfect quality and so beautiful. I decided to order again but unfortunately my order was lost by autrian post. I contacted the support and they answerd super fast und helped me out with a new delivery very fast. I really want to thank julia for her great support- she was so lovely and helpful! 10/10 recommended!

Not only they delivered on time, they had a great customer service and engraved the phrase that I ordered perfectly with no grammatical mistakes. Even though it was a Slavic language.
