I want to give review for ROW cue math experience. We started cue math when my daughter was in middle in US. We took classes for 2 years and everything went smooth , operational wise. Initial class set up and everything was good no complains. But we shifted to Taiwan because of work for a year, and that’s it, the experience is quite a degrade. My classes got finished and despite of my constant request a demo class was not been able to arrange by the cue math. There ROW head Ms. Sammena didnot provide me solution but kept calling to explain why class is not getting scheduled. She kept updating me what’s the problem happening on there back end very meticulously instead of me providing solution what I was looking for. At the end it became a trend that she will call ask me what time is suitable for demo class and then before the class she will call and explain Mam this is the problem that’s why class cannot happen. I got really frustrating listening to kind of talks and she sending me photos of issue on my WhatsApp’s number. I hope cue math take my feedback seriously and try to improve there customer experience for ROW

This corse has given me a massive amount of support for math. My touter helped me understand calculus and kept me from falling behind in grades as well as understanding the concepts while continuing to build upon new materials. Overall amazing and very thankful.

We tried a couple of leading online coaching programs for my son, and out of all the options he tried, he preferred Cuemaths. As parents, we shared the same impression. Other programs felt very commercial and pushy, whereas Cuemaths was professional and had talented tutors. It has been a month since classes started, and my son looks forward to joining every week without hesitation or excuses, which is a great sign for us and confirms his enjoyment of the class. We have also observed good progress in his math skills so far. Tutor Shubham has been very professional and accommodating whenever we needed any changes. He responds immediately to any questions my son asks via chat, regardless of the time. Cuemath works in auto pilot mode and takes away the stress of follow ups and scheduling.
