Careful
3 day trial is misleading
And the customer care is terrible
They will accuse Apple of being the problem:

As per the terms and conditions of a trial, once the trial has ended your subscription begins and charges cannot be reversed by us directly as these are managed directly by the App Stores; we don't have access to their systems.

Very interesting and support team very helpful

I have to say that at first I was very dubious and nervous about going down this road.
However a year down the line and I can honestly say that it was the best decision we have made as far as embracing the technology that Cue offers through it's platform.
We have been able to reach our clients a lot quicker and more efficiently. The service and back up has been outstanding and the help with setting up the programming has been invaluable.
I can honestly say that the money has been so well spent. Keep up the great work and to Leah and Kerri and the whole Cue team - Thank you so much.

I have had a great experience with the team from Cuedesk. The team has taken the time to support me and any questions I have had so far. Cue has provided the worst customer care I have experienced. The online order was faulty. The customer care was difficult to get a timely response, unsympathetic to their poor service and am yet to get any refund. I won’t be buying anything from Cue again.

From start to Finnish Cue had their finger on the pulse, not once did they drop the ball and most importantly they stuck to the implementation time line! What impressed us most is their ongoing customer support! Well done Cue!
