Bring back the pre filled pods
The device itself is great and have been using it for almost 2 years now and has definitely helped me in quitting, however i hate that they have got rid of the pre filled pods. Not only do the liquids taste nothing like the original pods, when you fill the pod with the liquid, there seems to be leakage and all you can taste is the raw flavour of the liquid. I only ever used Chilled Menthol when ordering the prefilled pods 18mg, but for the liquids,I have tried a variety of flavours and all of them have the same issue - Leakage and taste of raw liquid fruity. The menthol ice only comes in 10 or 20 mg and not 18 like the prefilled pods and tastes nothing like the prefilled chilled menthol - tastes more like the mint flavour pre filled pod they had

Brilliant product and even better customer service
Been a user for a year, and really think this is the best Vape product on the market. Not smoked for 4 years now.
Gary was great at helping with recycling 20 pods and receiving discount on my recent purchase. He replied super fast on emails and helped me with the new refillable pods and trying a new flavour.
If in doubt, don't be buy the starter bundle and give it a go! Plus this is so so much better for the environment.
