I ordered some samples for a headboard and bed they did come but with no name of the company as I has ordered some other from another contras a bit confusing but sorted it

I ordered a super king-size bed and mattress. The bed is very nice and fairly well made, but the mattress had a rusty brown stain on it, I contacted customer service via email who replied saying it looks like mud! Totally useless and unhelpful.There was no apology or offer of recompense or other solutions. Because I had disposed of the old bed I decided to just use the clean side of the mattress which turned out to too firm and uncomfortable like sleeping on a wooden block with no give, so I bought a mattress topper to get a comfortable night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend cuddly beds!

Ordered a bed for delivery in ireland. Had order confirmation straight away. Swiftly followed by delivery date 5 days later. Contacted by driver 20 mins prior to delivery. Driver was very efficient, polite & courteous. Bed is exactly what I ordered.

Great looking beds and great customer service - however.... not the best frame quality.
All appears great at first but after a few months you will begin to hear the bed creek and notice it dipping.
It feels to me they use cheap quality in the frames.
Save your money long-term and invest in a quality bed.

The headboard for this bed is absolutely stunning. However, the bed itself appears to be a strange size. The base is bigger than our mattress and we have to adjust the mattress so that it covers the white fabric on the top of the base.

I asked a few questions via email to customer service, including whether the base was reinforced as our mattress is super heavy and one guy told me to look inside the base for extra wood and when I explained I don’t know what that means, someone else emails me saying if it’s cushioned from the edges then it’s reinforced. I’m not sure why someone couldn’t just check on a system what I’d been sent. But the bed is fine, feet feel a bit flimsy, other than that we’re happy.

Good choice of bed styles and sizes . I ordered a sample of fabric for the bed frames that I liked and they were delivered in quick time . Definitely will be revisiting when I am ready to order my bed .

Went for the chenille fabric in cream and loved it. Quick and easy to assemble. Delivery team was courteous & professional.

I ordered the bed with a great discount, but when the bed arrived the foot-end drawers were very poorly made and didn't look finished inside the headboard was ok but could have been better. The worst experience for me was delivery communication was very poor and my mattress didn't arrive with my bed it arrived a week after which i wasn't told then had a phone-call 6 o'clock in the morning saying that they would be with me within half an hour which was very inconvenient but there was nothing i could do.

Easy to use website, good selection, came in good time.

Received less than 24 hours notice that my bed would be delivered between 12 noon and 5pm. Waited in all day as time slots cannot be offered. Bed still not received by 5pm. Tried tracking my order online only for my order number not to be valid. Tried calling Cuddly Beds only to be placed on hold for 40 minutes. Delivery arrived 4.5 hours late (9.30pm). As I was now not home they called me and wanted to leave my bed on my drive. I told them they would need to reschedule my delivery. Cuddly Beds delivery service is extremely poor. As my bed has still not be delivered I am not able to review the quality of my order.

Bought the Penelope in cream! easy to assemble and it looks great, Got mine in the 75% off sale which I am happy about as I am not sure its worth the full price but if you can get a deal on it, it's certainly worth the money. great service and delivery. The guys were polite couldn't ask for more!

Very pleased with the mattress.
The delivery driver didn't seem to know that I wanted the mattress upstairs.
He did take it upstairs and was nice about it.

Very pleased with my Molly Cuddly Bed, great quality, slightly delayed delivery but well worth the wait. Great price too compared to many other bed company’s.

The bed was delivered within 5 days, communication throughout. When the bed was delivered easy to put up and the mattress is really comfortable I very pleased with the price as well as great quality.

The only thing is the lack of communication from them about delivery. Saying it can be delivered between 2 to 10 days then the delivery driver will call 24hours before isn't suitable has I needed to arrange for someone to be at mine for collection cause of working, I would have rather knew a date so I could book it of work rather than rely on others to help me out.

The website was informative and told me everything I needed to know. I was happy that they sold small double beds as these are harder to find. I ordered samples and although they were quite scrappy in the way they were presented, they did give me a clear idea of the material.

The bed is really lovely and easy to assemble apart from some hooks that join the two parts of the base together. These didn’t work so well.

The communication about delivery was poor. We were given 24 hours notice before the bed was coming and then it arrived 5 hours after the scheduled time.

However, the bed is great and now it’s here, that’s what matters. The price was also great.
