The first clone made really didn’t look like my cat. Had to send it back which takes weeks to return. About to get it back, and it still doesn’t like exactly like my cat, but I guess it’ll do. I feel like with a re-yry again. What’s the point of saying still not good enough. I’m just happy to have it back. Very very nice customer service!!

Beware! If you order from them they take no responsibility for getting the finished product to you. I paid extra for a rushed order and they represented it was completed in two days but it sat at their processing center for over a week before being shipped. They made no effort to help or correct and now I don’t have these items to give as holiday gifts. Poor customer service.

Our products are custom-made with our trusted production partners overseas. When a rush service is added, it applies to the production phase, and we ensure the item is created as quickly as possible and released for shipment right away. That said, once an order enters the international shipping and delivery process, transit times can vary significantly if expedited shipping is not selected at checkout.
Unfortunately, once a package is already in transit, we’re unable to speed it up or intervene in the carrier’s delivery timeline. We understand how disappointing this can be, particularly when gifts are involved, and we’re sorry that it impacted your plans.

Perfect pajamas for my sister and her new puppy
I ordered pajamas for my sister with her new puppy’s face on them and had the pajamas delivered to her house. They arrived before Christmas as promised and she loves them! The only thing I would suggest is to have the ability to include a personal message with the gift.

UPDATE: They are going to fix the head and ears. I will update when I get it back. This cost $230 bucks and is not a likeness of my dog. The face was uneven..the eyes are too far apart..ears too small..snout too long and not proportionate to the face. If I could post pics here I would.

Ordered a few items over $200 worth and never received any of it. Site just stated in process. Emailed customer service and they either did not respond or gave excuses. Gift date has now passed and still nothing. Emailed once more but no response. My order on account now just goes to bad page with 404 message.
Update to my review. Received finally today and they are very nice so happy with the product. Never did receive the giftbox that I paid for to put them in or really rush service so a bit afraid to every use again. Would like a refund for rush service and the box that never came. But I do appreciate the follow up.
