I purchased the tool for converting WLM to PST, but unfortunately the support services become extremely poor as if it is scam. I tried to look for their contact but nowhere to be found.

I purchased a license, it didnt come within the 15 mins but i contacted live chat which provided the activation code. I actually purchased the wrong license and they quickly change it to the correct one without any other charges. Now using the software as intended which works well. Thank you

The program crashes in the middle of converting a PST file to MBOX. If the file is small with fewer emails it works, but once you are coverting more than 2000 emails it crashes. The technical support was useless despite many contacts and doing everything they say. I uploaded my PST file so they could examine why it is working weeks ago and they never got back to me with a fix. I paid for this software and so far my expense was a complete waste. In frustration I also bought competitor Systools PST Converter and it worked perfectly with all my files. I wish I had not wasted my money and gone to Systools first.

Software doesn't work, emails are read incorrectly and the transfer keeps aborting.
The 24/7 support doesn't respond either.
Unfortunately wasted money, I bought a product from another company that worked.

I purchased this program to move my emails to a new address. The program randomly stops converting emails from a particular folder. I have tried contacting their 24/7 support for two days but nobody responds. They tell you to call for technical support but don't provide a phone number. NO REFUND available unless you try to resolve the problem with their technical support that will not respond

25 email or need pay. another scam program

Money wasted. The software doesn't work and I was given a wrong licence key.

Customer service only answered once for the licence key. Then, for the software, there is nobody answering. They give a US number but are based in India.

I confirm that 4 months later, they still haven't answered my emails, they still haven't resolved the issues and they still haven't refunded me. So CubexSoft's answer is grossly inaccurate.

Software not working, waiting for a refund.. And it better comes. I do not advise this software to anyone. A waste of money I think it's more a scam actually.

Ordered license key but did not receive it. I used a "+" email address for my order, e.g., "myname+randomword at gmail.com"

This email address was accepted on the website, my order was processed, and the money immediately deducted from my account.

I received an email receipt from FastSpring, who processes transactions. However I never received an email from Cubex because their system recorded my email address as "randomword at gmail.com".

When I contacted Cubex to request a refund (they offer a 30-day moneyback guarantee), they refused. They told me that they cannot refund me because I never received the license key they sent to me (at the WRONG address).

This is BS customer service from a professional services company. Do not use them. If you do, do not use a "+" email address.

- The software does not work as advertised
- The seller never replied to my mails
- the seller actually offers a 30-day-money-back-guarantee, so the right would be on my side, even if the software would work as advertised.
- Since there is no reply at all it looks like I fell for a scam

Purchased perpetual license, but now the program says that the license is expired. And no one is responding to requests. I think they are defunct.

I purchased a license for the MBOX to GMAIL converter and the tool is not working. A license for an alternative (supposedly more sophisticated) migration tool was provided, which did not work as promised either. Then support stopped responding to my requests. Refund requests are ignored - of course.

Excellent software and very fast support! Highly recommend the business version of this software especially for litigation.

Outlook Export (from PST to Thunderbird) is easy to use and works great. Needed to upgrade my licence (from personal to technical) which resolved very quickly with the customer service chat on the website.

I am looking for a Email Backup and tried the CubexSoft All Mail Backup. Though i have faced some difficulties by following the instruction on the website as i am unable to understand the proper working steps but big thanks to Riya the Live Chat support being, she helped me take complete backup of my old mails to Office 365 official account.

Must say a good technical help.

Absolute scam. The product doesn't work and the support is non-existent. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!

DO NOT PURCHASE - The program didn't work and then they ignored all of my requests for investigation or refund despite their "30 day money back guarantee".
