Here is a mail I sent to the worst …

Here is a mail I sent to the worst company I ever experienced on internet.
But I would like you to be aware of the situation as I am not sure that you know the true facts
You have to understand that I have paid with PAYPAL September 6th and since this date I cannot use my phablet.
The initial problem came from your part as the tablet I received was not working, due to a lack of quality control from CUBE-TABLET.
Then I had to exchange a lot of E-mails and video with Jenny to obtain that the product could be repaired under warranty.
Usually in France when a product does not work at first, they change it immediately but Cube tablet does not accept this policy.
So I was obliged to sent it back to you with an additional postal cost of 30 €. Let me tell you that I kept the packaging and I sent the product very carefully in the same packaging that the one I received.
Then although French postal Service advised me that the product was delivered at the address you gave me, CUBE- TABLET pretended that they did not received the product and then I begun lost confidence In your company.
Finally and after one week, Jenny told me that at least you found my phablet and they told me that the product was under repair.
But in fact the product was not under repair and they pretended later that the screen was broken. Of course as I used the same packaging to return it and as the parcel was not declared damaged to my postal service, I believed that the product has been broken in your location and I continue to worry a lot about your company.
That is the reason why I became very angry when Jenny asked me to pay more money to get my phablet back .
And now after many other mails, Cube-Tablet decided not to send the tablet to me and they keep the money !

The worst experience ever on the internet

I bought a tablet from them and wanted to change the shipping address. I was told that this is not possible, so I had to cancel the first order and make a new one with the correct info. I placed an identical second order and told them to cancel the first one. I heard nothing for days, then suddenly I got two emails with confirmation that both orders had been sent!

Now the nightmare began:

When the two orders arrived in Denmark, I asked the carrier DHL to send back the first order. They said that they needed the approval of the sender to do so. Thus I wrote to cube-tablet and asked them to accept the return. That took about a month!
Finally after one month the second chapter of the nightmare began. I wrote an endless amount of emails, trying to explain to the company that the tablet had been sent back and that I was expecting a refund. They responded that they would look into it, even if track and trace info clearly showed that they had received and signed for the tablet. After another month I lost my patience and contacted my bank, asking them to take action to get the company to refund the first order.
My bank returned the money to my account, so finally I could forget about the whole thing.

Customer service is a horror show with this company, they never relate to the details of your inquiry, they write simple and ultra short answers that give you the impression that they dont really care. No names, just "customer service". At last I discovered that if you ask a question on the homepage under the item you have bought, a woman called Lily will respond quickly and kindly to your inquiry. But it did not help to make them refund my money.

The tragic thing is that the tablet is really good value for the money.
