I visited this store on three separate occasions attempting to purchase a €2,000 bike via installment financing:
First visit (weekday): I inquired about purchasing a bike on installments and was told to return on Saturday to complete the financing process.
Second visit (Saturday): Upon returning, staff informed me that they did not have enough staff or time to complete the process that day, and asked me to return again on Monday.
Third visit (Monday): After waiting for about 30 minutes to get assistance, I explained that we had reserved a bike and wanted to proceed with financing. Despite promotional banners in the store advertising installment plans, the employee seemed unfamiliar with which banks they work with. After asking a colleague, he claimed that the specific employee responsible for handling financing was not present.
Across three days, I was given three different explanations as to why staff could not process an installment sale. My overall impression was that excuses were repeatedly being made to avoid completing the transaction that day.
After three visits and no progress, I decided to take my business to another store.
