This week I experienced support above and beyond the call of duty from the Accounts Team at CTT Group. I needed some important assistance from them fairly urgently and Zakaria bent over backwards to help me and everything I need is in place. Partnering with CTT Group helps me to run my estate planning consultancy safe in the knowledge that the team have my back when I need them.

We had a very positive experience with the training provided. The presentation was extremely well structured, professional, and easy to follow, which made the information clear and practical to understand.

A special thank you to Kirsten and Kimberley, who were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and articulate throughout the session. They explained everything in a clear and coherent way and were very supportive in answering any questions we had.

Overall, we found the training very valuable and would highly recommend their services to others looking for well-delivered and informative guidance.

Content-wise, I would have liked some insight into software, drafting, common issues.etc.

I was expecting some 'news', product development, other improvements etc. These events typically used for 'big reveals'.

Need to see improvement on how info is gathered then input, what I'm doing is clunky and repetitive/inefficient atm (Conor to ring and arrange Zoom training)

I would like to see someone like Spencer over in Belfast. We tend to get overlooked but are only an hour away. Meeting my boss and maybe presenting to our introducers could help boost our business greatly. It would also answer concerns CRN have about professional trustees and trust management in general.

Having just sold my Late Mother’s House & have to thank CTT Law & especially Charlie Foran for all the conveyancing work that she had to undertake as we had an extremely difficult buyer who wanted so many questions answered on the property as it’s quite an old house & the land has a lot of history that needed a lot of search. There were many title deed documents to go through with further research to come up with informed answers for the buyer. This demanded paitence, diligence, careful research & Charlie aced everything in a professional & meticulous manner. Paitence was the keyword here as the conveyancing was nearly 7 months long but she stuck to her guns & we came out successfully exchanging contracts & completed the sale. I had regular updates throughout & we got on well as a team as I had to provide a lot of details when I used to live at the property as a child.
Charlie is a true professional & I would definitely recommend her at a heartbeat if you are looking for a quality conveyancer whose efficient, approachable & gets results.
