Be careful with your crypto investment. CTpool is worst they manipulate credit system. When you paid with creditcard for pool access. They distribute Satoshi daily for 3 to 4 months then slowly prolonged payment for 24 hour. After that they stopped payment completely and blocked account. I am in process file dispute charge back with my credit card.

I can not connect to my Account.

I hate to give this review but I'm only being honest. I've been waiting for 3 withdrawls for year.. They r still in processing mode and I've contacted customer service on this issue numerous times but they have yet to respond to me. I'm not sugar coating this review this tells u all I'm not being paid to say this. The mining is Great and all my other 100 plus withdrawals were a success but these 3 were my last withdrawls. I'm still mining but I'm not withdrawling until these 3 go though first.

By lidle transfer on wallet is very good and its posible by 0.1cent too but when you transfer big money its posible that goes something wrong so i will transfer step by step litle

You can't make this up. This platform is delaying my payouts and making endless excuses about it. When I raised follow up support tickets, they told me that opening multiple tickets slows down their system. So apparently me asking why I haven't been paid is what is stopping my payment. In all the months I've spent with,Ṃonetıan, my payments have always gone through without me ever needing to follow up. That fact alone says a lot.

So... It was a scam

Something went wrong An unexpected error (1005) occurred. Please try again or contact our support. every time login ct pool, this error showing. my 4.13 M pool speed buy spend 3.5 lac. but recently time date not open my account. I am sad and crying. This is a scam 😒

I bought a 3 month miner and a 12 month miner about 5 months ago.

Everything was going 'fine' until I attempted to withdraw.
My first withdrawal attempt was when my 3 month miner expired (withdraw the earnings), this was just met with a 'processing' status on the withdraw page.

A couple of weeks later my first withdrawal gets cancelled, I asked their support what's going on and they told me they are having network congestion and cancel some 'stuck' transactions to try and fix them.

They have claimed this is the issue over 10 times now, I've not managed a single successful withdrawal in over 5 months.

Customer support is gaslighting me at this point and they even have the audacity to ask me not to message again about the same issue.

As a last resort I've asked several times now for them to keep every penny of btc ive earned on the app and just refund my original purchase price, this has also been refused.

This is a total scam/fraud.
I'm going to be reporting this company to the ombudsman in the UK.

Total scumbags.

Can people stop leaving 5 star reviews just because 'its currently working'? Until you successfully withdraw don't review, you give this company false positive reviews leading to more people being scammed.

My ID with CT POOL is 47837139 , Unable to login for past 4 days , contacted suppport immediately and received message to wait but not yet solved the issue for further emails no response ,those people who give 4 or 5 stars must not do in hurry , 3 days back got a message that they will fix issue shortly and compensate for the outage period , if they honour their word then i will give it a 5 star ratings

I bought a plan for 3 yrs and now when I tried to login m getting error 1005 from last 3 days and when I sent email to customer support they are not giving clear answer
