CTD Tiles - Wembley. Exceptional!
I went into CTD Tiles Wembley by complete chance while visiting a shop next door. Very glad I did because we found the exact tiles we were looking for. A great range of high quality tiles and extremely reasonable prices. The standard of customer service is exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommend this showroom. Big thanks to Simon and Ray at the store for all their help. Definitely would recommend a visit for tiles and we will be back again in the future.

I have been purchasing tiling accesories and materials for a long time, but I have finally found a place where the staff is very helpful and enhance the process of purchasing tiles and tiling materials. Sonny, always takes the time to explain the use of the products and tries to show what finished products should look like. He ensures that when you leave you are leaving with the right materials to finish your job! He makes an effort and goes the extra mile, plus he always has a smile on his face when we visit. I would 100% recommend CTD for all things tiling and if you need some advice, look for Sonny!

Recently I purchased tiles from CTD Wembley, Sunny was very helpful, and polite. He was honest about every tile I was interested in, until I was content with a specific type of tile. He was very clear on what else I needed in terms of waterproofing etc, very helpful and very quick! His service and customer skills was flawless! Will deffo be returning to tile my other house in the near future.

Excellent service from Sunny at Wembley CTD
Just wanted to thank Sunny for being really helpful whilst I was in the wembley store.
He really took time to listen and help me choose what I wanted. Honestly gave me a really welcome feel at the store and helped me with my purchases.
I left with exactly what I needed and received help loading my car.
Would defo recommend others to shop here, as you will get staff who will genuinely listen and find you what you want.

Initially I called and I was given good support on phone by very friendly member of staff.
Today in Cricklewood store, the manager Sid was extremely helpful in showing me further options for bathroom renovation - he is very knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience and I am now a happy customer.
