Overall communication / updates good though, better than no communication like some other companies when things aren’t going so well.

Tiles are great and they were ready to collect on time.

Through the lockdown the staff were very helpful in getting samples for me, and since the showroom reopened again they have been very friendly and helpful.

I ordered my tiles on line and it was very easy to do .
Once my order was placed the next day CTD called me to advise my order was ready for collection.
The process from start to end was seamless.
The tiles ordered were great so very happy

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Emma in the Werrington (Peterborough) outlet to design and select tiles for a family bathroom and two en-suites and cannot commend her highly enough. She was patient, creative and knows the product range inside out. She also arranged delivery and generally provided courteous customer service. As a result of several meetings with Emma we have chosen tiles, grout and trim for all three rooms. CTD is fortunate to have employees like Emma, they are rare creatures nowadays.

Great service from CTD tiles - Peterborough shore. I went to have a first look round, based on a recommendation. I was greeted straight away & shown how to understand the information against each display. My young daughter & I were left to explore, without being hassled/directed towards items not needed.
When it became too much for my daughter the staff entertained her with drawings & asking questions without being condescending & enabled me to order some samples.
The team were welcoming, professional & had a family feel to the place - highly recommend.

We went to the Peterborough store last week for bathroom tiles, without much of a clue.

We were trying to do the impossible find a truly strong anti slip tile that has some style for a wet room but didn't look like a hospital floor. We also wanted something that wasn't grey, but that was our compromise. Emma, was brilliant! She was very empathetic with our situation, had endless patience as well as suggestions.
