Great service and assistance from Anne at the Haslemere branch. Always ready to help, always cheerful and phoned me when ordering had arrived. Highly recommend a visit as there's plenty of choice. Love our stone tiles.

Excellent service.
As a property developer, CTD have been a key to many of our projects.
The staff and the selection in the Haslemere branch are excellent.
Our deliveries are always complex, but they have always been on hand to help. Any issues are rectified quickly and easily.
This makes a huge difference on any project and a comfort that they understand and serve their customers.

Ann and her colleague could not have been more helpful in trying to locate the same tile as, or a good match for, our current shower room tiles. I left after quite some time with a good sample.

Lovely friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble

From the moment we walked through the door we experienced a very helpful and friendly service from Dan and Haley. Advised us on everything we would need in the Tile choosing process. The range is extensive and displayed extremely well.
Highly recommended!!!

Dan is my hero. We needed more tiles to finish a job and he scoured the country to find us a couple of boxes. We done! We will be back.

Not told when order ready, only given half the order and had to collect from store, then had to phone for rest of order which was sitting there all the time! Not the service one hopes for, and when last bit of order was delivered (too heavy for me ) the packaging was all broken.

The team on Saturday were great. They let us borrow a sample or two which we took immediately back they also really cared and showed interest offering some advice and real tips well done Amjid and the local team.

Went to buy tiles for my bathroom and got some great advice from Amjid who had all the answers and plenty of patience. he talked it through with me as I was indecisive regarding a tanking system but I left feeling I'd made the right choice and I got a good price on the tiles too. Happy around, thanks Amjid for helping me to the car with all those bags!

Busy branch but the service was great even with a lot going on

Steve from the Haslemere branch went above and beyond to make sure we had the tiles we selected when we needed them.

Pleasant staff and excellent service. They could not have been more helpful even though we had to ask them to supply additional tiles at short notice and returned some items.

I went to the haslemere branch this week to collect some materials, thinking they may open at 7, unfortunately they don’t open until 7.30.
However, the chap that served me, Steve, was very polite and asked me to bear with him while he turned the systems on and then served me without hesitation. This was at 7.10.
And all the time he was happy and smiling with no hint of being put out at starting early.
A thoroughly helpful chap and great representative for the company.

Wait times for delivery can be quite long for online orders. My order of only one box of tiles took a whole week and the confirmation of arrival slipped through the net adding two more days to the process. But once the problem was identified it was resolved efficiently and politely by the branch staff who I have always found friendly and helpful at the Haslemere store. So my initial 2 start review still stands for the ridiculously slow lead times for online orders, but I give the staff at the store 5 stars. So rounded up to 4 overall!

The single guy who was serving was very good but, with being on his own, service took a little time.

Two sides to every coin and we have gone through some exceptional times but I placed an order online that appeared to be in stock and available to collect next day at my local branch but told me to wait for an email confirming they were ready to collect. 4 days later l thought l should ring the branch just to see if they were or weren’t available. The guy in store was great, very helpful and no complaints from their point of view, my issue being he mentioned that my online order does not come through to them as an order to be fulfilled and the first he knows about it is when l ring and provide my order number. This seems incredible that such a large organisation doesn’t have a joined up system and l wonder what would have happened if l hadn’t rung.
Anyway got tiles, laid them, look great would use them again but would go straight to store.

Branch staff were great, really could not fault them at all.
The online ordering not so much - I had to chase by telephone and it was clear that I could easily have picked up the product I ordered much sooner had the communications between websales/branch been better organised. I wil just call the branch direct in future - the 'click and collect' function is far too cumbersome!
