Visit 8th December
Today I went in with my grandmother to help her chose some new tiles for her kitchen that is being fitted. We were greeted by Emma and John who were both extremely friendly, knowledgable about the products and offered us a hot drink whilst we had a look round the showroom. Emma served us and was really attentive and showed different options based on my grandmas suggestions of what she would like. It was a pleasure to deal with them both and they were honest about the products being suitable for what we needed etc. Will definitely come back!

Very helpful staff
We have no experience of looking for tiles but the staff in the Harrogate branch are fantastic - really friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely go there first next time.
