Happy with the quality of the product - we were tied to a particular tile as our new developer had already used it.
Online order was processed easily and promptly, and then when we were 4 tiles short the Gloucester branch sorted out the extra ones for us.
My tiler is now going to use the same ones for his next job.

Very professional company …
Some of the tiles arrived broken but the company dealt with this matter extremely professionally and sent replacement immediately . Now we have all the tiles I am delighted and it was a joy dealing with this firm I will do so again. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service! Tucked away in a corner, nearly didn't notice the shop (Gloucester branch). Lovely team! So helpful. One lady even offered to reopen when already leaving for the evening when I arrived at 5pm! Tile samples are FREE! no other tile place offer this! And the chrome edging are only £3.99! Nearly £20 elsewhere! Even my plumber has decided to go there from now on. Nothing too much trouble, even after my 10th (at least!) Visit.

In the Gloucester Showroom; the service was excellent, plenty of help and advice where required. The price of the tiles was competitive. The tiles were delivered on time, with plenty of communications from the Gloucester Showroom.
