Fab team at Dorking store
I visited the Dorking store and the Team member was very helpful even though my selection was not in stock.
They looked at stock at nearby stores and then gave me the necessary information to be able to order it on-line for home delivery. You felt that customer care was important to the company and its people.

Always most welcoming greeting from store manager Dan and his team. Dan is always very helpful and professional. I always have few projects going at the same time but Dan always make sure to get my orders on time.

My mother accidentally left two wallets…
My mother accidentally left two wallets with cash and cards on the counter on a Saturday afternoon right before closing and couldn’t contact the shop due to being closed for the weekend. Very kindly the managing director of the company and manger of the Dorking branch contacted her on the weekend during closing hours and met her to return her wallets the next day on a Sunday! Very very appreciative and very trustworthy staff and company! Thank you

Bathroom update
Bathroom update
My husband and I were updating our bathroom. We had been to several outlets without success when we visited CTD tiles.
The range is extensive, the staff very knowledgeable regarding the products and they even helped us calculate the amounts needed to complete the job at hand which was invaluable to us. They discussed our requirements giving valuable insight and sensible advice and the quality of products are exceptional!
We will be updating our kitchen soon and I shall certainly be returning to the Dorking branch of CTD Tiles, would most certainly recommend!

B&W gloss tiles…spare yourself money and huge disappointment
I purchased the B&W gloss Gemini tiles tiles for my bathrooms wall renovation and I utterly regret it now.
As you can see from the pictures attached (provided I can attach some here) those tiles cracked and without even touching them. I wish someone had told me.
I purchased from the Dorking store and the team there was super nice and helpful, however, I wish they had been upfront, perhaps they were not aware, but this product needs to be removed from CTD collection. It’s a real shame as I really liked many tiles they have in store and end up purchasing the most fragile and cheap quality tile I could possible find. They looked nice and glossy in the store and end up being the worst possible choice ever.
