Great advice with professional service
They are always very helpful with giving advice and have staff with many years experience. They also listen to what the customer wants or is after rather than just trying to make a sale. I'd highly recommend them. I've been using the Croydon branch for over 10 years now and if they don't have it they can often get it in for me or recommend a similar product.

Fabulous
Fabulous - from showroom to ordering to home delivery, it was seamless. Showroom staff were particularly helpful. One very minor thing was that their catalogue showed tiles which weren’t yet available to order but that was only an issue because I left the tile choosing so late and wasn’t prepared to wait for any lead time!

I visited needing help ASAP 'then what happened next'
I visited needing help ASAP to decide the appropriate tiles ect for an urgent project. Well ... what happened next moved me to write this heart felt feedback. With the eye of a creative designer Julie linked in and guided me through options that were grounded in my best interest .... Nathan collaborated sharing his knowledge which by any standard was as good as any on point contractor tradesman highlighting eg the influence of heat on choice of adhesive ...Tim assisted the paperwork and was attentively and supportively involved and a font of details. Tiles arrived without fail on order... the team dealt with enquiries diligently, with patience, and were effectively organised. On arrival to pick up I was surprised to be assisted with the heavy items to my car - without asking. It struck me as a happy place with a happy effective team. I felt in safe hands here. As a health professional working for the NHS I was also impressed to see the care of the team towards each other ... one fixing a fan ... another reassuring a colleague who felt a little taken by the heat... then they said something that moved me - 'thank you for being a nurse'. On display before me was the natural character and integrity, decency and kindness the nursing profession recognise as integral components of care. But here those qualities were - on display - in a different domain - but still recognisable. Without hesitation - I recommend this team - they are authentically good at what they do.

They are taking your money and selling the waste. Exactly stay away from Croydon Brunch. They can fight to the customer. worst business I have ever seen in my life. I bought tiles and materials for my restaurant but really i am sorry for choose this company. When i was in branch they did not help me and i try to find and collect with myself and with my constructor. Delivery service is always late. They bring broken tiles and they did not refund. Ah their refund process is ba( u)llshit. You have to read long story before the refund. I was try to refund but they send back it to my place again. They never gonna help you and you have to find your way in this company. Anyway if anyone needs scare or horrible adventure you can choose this company. But you have to think about it one more time .....

Hi Elvan, We are sorry to hear your recent experience with us, we want to make sure all our customers receive the highest level of service. On investigating the matter fully, CTD offer a returns policy of 28 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in original packaging, unused and undamaged and any stocked item returned after purchase would be subject to a restocking charge due to the nature of shading and batching of tiles and whether or not we would be able to resell these within our current shades and batches. Unfortunately the goods you have returned back to Croydon via a carrier were past our returns date and not the same shade/batch as our current stock, and certain items were found to have been a special order for your requirements, therefore non-returnable and non-refundable – we inform all customers of this at the time of purchase. We are also unfortunately unable to accept the return of any products deemed perishable are exempt from returns and refunds as they require being stored in certain conditions to avoid deterioration. We would be unable to resell as we couldn’t guarantee the temperatures it was stored in the 3 months since you purchased the items. If you do wish to discuss further, please either contact the branch directly or email web@ctdtiles.co.uk. Many Thanks Gaynor.

Disappointing
Disappointing! I opted for showroom collection at Croydon. After receiving an email that my order was in process, I received no further communication that my order was ready for collection. Albeit the email said I would receive a phone call or email to further advise. I waited the full 5 working days before contacting customer services, who said yes my order was ready for collection and we don’t send emails! I collected my order where on the invoice it clearly stated, “call customer when ready for collection”, with my correct number.
A shame, as apart from that the product is good and the online purchasing process seemed to go well.
A reply to this review said a voicemail was left on my phone informing that goods were ready for collection. I can assure you I have no such record of voicemail having been left! Otherwise why would I call customer services.

Great products and great service
Great products and great service. I’ve been using CTD for a few years now and they are always first place to visit for a great deal on tiles and accessories. It’s a shame or nearest branch in Orpington has been closed down but the trip to Croydon was worth while. Great service.

Very efficient and pleasant service. I would particularly like to thank the driver who delivered the tiles. He was so helpful and polite and would not allow me to help him carry the tiles even though I have 12 steps outside my house which he had to go up 15 times and down 15 times. He is a credit to your business.
