Awful service. Order 3 dying colours for my hair and received only one and paid carriage higher than the price! Now that of no use as I need 3 and need to order different shade elsewhere

Delivery not arrive
Hi I was supposed to be receiving delivery today so I took a day off and it never arrived so not impressed.

Wrong items delivered twice!
Daughter and I both ordered silver shampoo. Wrong item arrived, requested replacement item and to return incorrect item.
Took 2 weeks of constant requests being sent before I then resorted to contacting Amazon.
Amazon then contacted css and they then responded.
I had to them supply pictures of the incorrect product, return, having to purchase my own packaging as they wouldn’t collect & replace.
Very sarcastic comments from css when asking for return packaging.
I hope to get my refund finally as decided against having the original item as a replacement due to the terrible customer service.
I actually ordered the olaplex silver shampoo elsewhere which is wonderful!
