The site didn’t register my crypto deposit after it had just gone down so I didn’t get anything when site was back up but the live support was more than helpful when I explained the situation and solved it fairly quick knowing they’re very busy people

I've been gambling on the website for a while, doing ~10$ depos daily, or even multiple times per day, totaling about 120$, I've always been using the bonus system to get an extra 50%-70% "Bonus money" that I can wager 40x and withdraw if my "real money" balance runs out. One of these days I actually managed to win big out of the "Bonus amount", the win totaled about my entire deposit amount over the month so I was pretty stoked. As soon as I hit withdraw to take out my winnings I got hit with a multi-account warning, the account got blocked and without any explanation closed. After begging chat to resolve the situation and at least return me my previous bets that were lost they just refunded my very last deposit (like 5$) and kept me banned.

I highly recommend going somewhere else for gambling, I've run into this exact issue on csgoroll for example since both me and my roommate gamble, but they allowed me to keep my winnings after providing ID, these guys are too lazy to let me prove that I'm not using multi-account and just banned me once I won, obviously just to keep the money, Never got a warning so long as I was depositing, only at withdrawal they decided to ban.
