Technical support does not respond, you can only be helped by those who are constantly sitting on the site in the chat. The referral system works, but in order to withdraw funds you will need to find 10 active referrals who will make deposits, but there is no information about this on the site

The skins you win in cases are coins. they can only be sold and you can only buy at their P2P marketplace (they take a share lol..). severely underpriced skins you win as you cant withdraw.
160$ Flip knife ultraviolet won was worth 110 coins (90EUR) but was on marketplace for 170 coins for the lowest offer with a LOWER QUALITY!
minimum knife was 130 coins for a 95$ gut knife. my mw ultraviolet was worth less on their site than the lowest priced knife on thr marketplace
