They need to work on and overhaul the website a little bit, but as long as fairness is there and we can chat with an open-minded support team that will actually help, I don’t see such a big problem.

I really loved this site but
I really loved this site but the unsolved dispute after I get promised that they will look on settlement after I provide evidence was the nail in the coffin. Sometimes statistic gets wrong I get that but video evidence doesn’t. Aleksander Barkov shot at least 3 SOG versus Carolina at 30th November. I put up the proof but they wouldn’t change the settlement. Sad that wronging statistics weighs more than video evidence. Choose a more serious bookie if you want a better experience

USER DATA LEAKS
Logged in to csgoempire (and no other website) with my Steam account, and that same day, my account was hacked and items were stolen.
This website is either a big scam or their security is very weak.
Either way, shame on csgoempire for compromising user data and login tokens.

"Sometimes very good, sometimes very bad"
Once started with 3 coins to my name and in the end I had over 700 coins. Then I rinsed it all becuase I had a problem and was stupid, altough that many loses that I had in a row was a little sus. Some days later I went 170 coins profit (30 coins daily case). Other than that the websites fine if you like daily rewards and got some cash on you.
However the websites a little slow and sometimes you cannot press the deposit/withdraw button. Same goes for case battles.

Placed bet got placed on the next round instead without my permission
I placed a bet on either ct or t every round as well as on dice and I then one round when I placed on ct and dice the dice didn't register that round but auto registered the round after while the wining bet was dice the round I placed the bet. I contacted support about this and they told me I had to have a video recording of the event to do something about the situation even tho they can see my history of doing those bets for a couple hours in a row. Are they expecting me to record when I gamble alone in my room just to keep track of their bugs. In conclusion don't play on this site it is riddled with bugs and support is not helpful at all. Its much better to take your money somewhere else

Please note that each user (seller and buyer) has a set amount of time to action the trade on their end. Even if this user cancelled the trade at the last minute, you would've had the same amount of time to raise a dispute if there was an issue. As soon as the seller marks the trade as sent, you have 30 minutes (for auctioned items) or 12 hours (for non-auctioned items) to confirm it on your end.

I love this site so much for bunch of reasons
1) Fair odds (thats already put empire on top , but there is much more pros)
2)Skin sell/withdraw with 0!!! 0% fee

Hey, please note that the 2,000 coin limit regarding crypto withdrawals is stated in our Terms of Service: "When withdrawing with cryptocurrencies, we typically allow you to withdraw 2,000 coins before KYC checks are required. There are some scenarios where our security system will require these checks to be completed before this limit is reached."
When withdrawing via cs skins, you are instructed and required to confirm action on your end. If you withdraw an auctioned item, the trade is subject to a 30 minute confirmation window for both users. If it's a non-auctioned item, this window is extended to 12 hours.
If the seller doesn't send the item within the timeframe, you receive a full refund and the seller is punished for failing the trade.
If the seller marks the item as sent on our site, you need to raise a dispute via the "I have not received the item" button if there is an issue, otherwise the trade is automatically completed and funds are released to the seller. This is because, especially for auctioned items, we assume the buyer has accepted the trade on Steam and ignored the confirmation button on their end (as this releases the funds to the seller). If we didn't have any automation in place, the seller's funds would remain in escrow indefinitely.
When you initiate trades on our site, you are required to complete the actions necessary, such as confirming receipt of the item or raising disputes so the support team can take a closer look into any issues raised.
If you haven't already contacted our support team, please do so. While we cannot be held responsible for failed trades or offer compensation as a result, we're happy to help return funds if they're still available on the seller's end.

Amazing customer service
I sold my first ever listing on the website and did not notice or read somewhere that there is a (fair afterall) rule that if you do not sell your item to a buyer you get penalty for that, i left an item and went outside, when i returned i saw i got a penalty for not selling it to a buyer , although it was a couple of cents, it frustrated me and i contacted the customer service and Thomas, the nicest guy ever, explained me the rules and after i asked him to maybe just once, convert my penalty into a warning since its my first listing, he agreed and immediately returned me back the money, i was super satisfied with this experience because i am new to the website and so far really like it, knowing there is a 24\7 customer service that actually cares for my experience is awesome. even if its a small thing, it shows alot about the company.
