Took ages to KYC had to jump through hoops to get a measly 400 coin withdrawal their questions make no sense its ridiculous they are even requesting KYC for this amount. Then they needed a picture of my card which is not under my own name so they are scheduling a video call and asked for my friends id and picture too? Got banned, never gave me a ETA for my unban, when I ask about it, all I was met with was negativity from the admin's and owner/s of the site. Never play on this site. I've self excluded myself for a year so they cannot rob anymore money off of me.
