What likely happened is related to how trade reversals work. In some cases, if a trade is canceled or reversed (either by the user or due to provider/Steam-side issues), the item may not return to the site inventory because it goes back to the external provider. This isn’t a manual action or someone “taking” the item - it’s a limitation of how trade systems and providers operate.
If you haven’t already, we strongly recommend contacting support with your trade details (ID, time, item name). They can check exactly what happened in your case and clarify it based on logs. We understand the frustration and appreciate you bringing it up.

For these reasons, I consider csgoskins one of the best Counter-Strike 2 skin websites. I'm very fond of this site, and after using it for a while, I can say it's my favorite.
