Poor Company

Converted all washers and dryers from coin operation to an app without notification or suppling alternate options. Q: Why I need alternate options? A: Because I manage a 62+ community and my tenants don't have smartphones or tablet to use the app. This has left many of my tenants without laundry service on-site for at least two weeks now and counting. Alas their machines are not maintained and the washers have mold issues and the dryers don't get clothes dry. BAD COMPANY -- Strongly recommend not using them.

This service sucks

This service sucks. Machines don't tell you there's an issue until AFTER you pay and put detergent in. I don't know how many times I had to switch machines with clothes that were drenched in laundry detergent... they have yet to issue one single refund to my account after request submission. These people are utter thieves.

Worst company

Worst company, worst machines, worst customer service. Sitting water in machine for 16 days. 3 tickets 3 customer service reps who did nothing 2 managers who were useless. Whole thing smelled like sewage.

An absolute shit show

An absolute shit show with these ass clowns. I called them, advised them their machines are charging improperly, and failing to work, so they can make money, and they email me back telling me to basically go fck myself. Well, I guess you can enjoy the hacking your getting I was told about.

MOLD infested machines

WORST COMPANY EVER! Machines are INFESTED with MOLD. Put in 12 service requests and a month later still nothing. 2 weeks ago they said they came but could not clean because they didn't have the right tools and Equiptment. Countless phone calls and 29 emails later they choose to say that cleaning and maintenance is not their responsibility. When I contract antibiotic resistant staph they can pay my hospital bill! Baby clothes were washed in this disease causing MOLD - NOT ACCEPTABLE. STAY AWAY.

This is really a trash company

This is really a trash company .
I’m not going to register my many complaints here and now , there are many , broken machines often . But today the changed the price of dryer from $2.00 for 45 minutes to $2.25 for 15 minutes .
I’m lmao at how absurd this is . I hope the company and owners go to hell

I requested a refund on 2/9/25

I requested a refund on 2/9/25. After three calls and three months it's still the same lies- wait 10-12 business days for the refund. Their card load machine is a joke - it'll sure take your money but won't credit it to your card. The machines are junk and are always breaking down. They are NOT accredited
with BBB and I'm sure it's because they are so horrible. We'll see if I actually get my refund after having to wait another week. Ridiculous situation when you live somewhere you're forced to use such a
garbage company.

Trash company

Trash company. Half fixes machines when they are broken and then machines malfunction and ruin your clothing. They give you a fraction of the value of what destroyed articles are worth while gaslighting you in saying it’s their “goodwill” that they ruined your property and giving you a fraction of the value in return. What a joke.

This company raises its rates whenever…

This company raises its rates whenever they feel like it without any notification to residents! Our contract with our condo management company does not include them raising the rates whenever! We must be notified when there is an increase. When I called CSC they would not have anything to do with it but told me to call my management company. When I called the management company, they said to call CSC because they have a contract with them and the rates are not raised and they did not do it. So I call CSC back and they can't do a thing about it! What! They are the ones who program the machines! Total criminals! Last year, out of the blue, they raised it from $1.50 to $2.00 without telling us! Then a year later it goes from $1.50 to $1.60. Not that bad, but we were not notified about it, and just had our association meeting, and no mention of rates being raised. DO NOT HIRE THESE CRIMINALS!!!

MANNY is terrific

MANNY is terrific! He came to my rescue when he showed up to check the machines. He is professional & kind. He spotted the problem immediately and the machine was fixed in no time. Thank-you, MANNY!

Moronic Company

Our washing machine with CSC app payment system in our building laundry room was broken for a month then they replaced it with a coin operated machine that does not work. When I tried to request service the machine was not in their system. They finally said they will be out to replace it in 5 days. These guys are morons.

They are the worst service ever

They are the worst service ever. It's amazing how they have increased their prices. Half the time they machine takes your money and you'll never get a refund the majority of the time. WORST COMPANY EVER>

MONEY LOST EVERY WEEK WITH WASHING mACHINE

I loose money every week with their washing machine.
I've called their customer service department and was told the last time it didn't happen. Today I went through
their email address. Funny I never had trouble with the dryer.

My college dorm uses these washers and…

My college dorm uses these washers and dryers, and I have probably wasted over 25 loads’ worth because their machines don’t start. The app is also terrible at processing refund requests (I have a request pending from over a year ago that has not been opened and is preventing me from sending in other requests). Overall, id avoid if you can.

Easily the worst company in any industry I have ever come across.


This IS the company for you if you like machines that don't work, being completely ignore when you ask for them to be repaired or replaced and having to schlep your laundry across town to spend hours of your day at a laundromat because the 6 machines 10 feet from your door haven't worked in months. If that’s not your style, don’t ever EVRE use this company

Really poorly company
This has continued for years I can only hope that people wanting their service will re reviews
They never fix anything. When someone puts a note on there machines they just take it off so people lose there money. 8 washers that you really don't know what the temperature of the water will be. Then you have 8 dryers 5 that don't work. The apartments at middleriver they just say oh well we call them they just don't fix them. Useless employees

Scam

Machines not starting but being charged for a load has happened to me before, and when I complained for a month and finally they refunded me for it. BUT, the entire system is a scam. You need to add money in the app "wallet" to be able to use it, and they have recently started enforcing a minimum 5$ transfer from credit card, and a penalty fee for any amount less than 10$. When I was about to move out of student housing, I still had money in my wallet and there was no way to take it back. If I wanted to do a major load of laundry just to use that balance, I'd still have to transfer another 5$ to cover the last 0.75 amount. There's no way to get your money back, why can't they just let people pay from their card every time?!

Absolutely terrible: Unreliable service and unprofessional…

Unreliable service and unprofessional company. From my experience, this happens a lot: Washing machines don't start but takes your money. Water doesn't drain and leaves clothes in water, refund system doesn't acknowledge original requests preventing ability to submit new requests (leaving the first pending). If the machines weren't the only ones in our building, I would never use this company again. Absolutely terrible.
