CS Architectural Design and Technical Draft is a CIAT Affiliate Practice. We’re based in Belhelvie, Aberdeenshire. We’re working towards attaining Chartered Architectural Technologist and MCIAT status. We are a young and enthusiastic practice providing services. These are focused mostly on technical support for Contractors, Architects, Self-Built aswell as Individual clients. Aswell as working towards our status, we also run small projects for domestic and commercial use. These include House Extensions, Conversions, Refurbishment, Upgrades and Renovation. Our aim is to support low budget projects in delivering simple solutions to current building standards and bylaws. We understand that small projects can often face barriers and we are proud to support our customers with a passion. In addition to this, we also have a good attention to detail and a commitment to delivery, whatever your needs. Whatever your requirements you can find these on our website. These could range from advice, to a materials cost calculation for your customers. The requirements can also include material and workmanship specifications (CAWS, NBS) to a full set of drawings for PP and BW. Alongside the Climate Change Action and Net Zero Carbon Project, we can also advise and support you on Sustainable Development or Building Upgrade, to ZED requirements. Complex Design Service Our complex design services cover House Extensions, Conversions, Alterations and Renovation. We also cover New Build for low rise domestic and commercial properties and many more that require Planning Permission. Our services also include Building Warrant Applications for Scotland, England and Wales. We work with local, professional Structural Engineers who we can recommend to you if necessary. Aswell as this, we can also provide you with a full set of Technical Drawings for existing projects in order to meet PP and BW requirements.  See more
