What A Pleasant Surprise!
I had no expectations for this shop when I ordered and ended up being impressed! I placed my order late on a Friday and had my items on Wednesday despite the fact C'Santos is in another country. Wow! Talk about expedient shipping. The tracking was specific and frequently updated.
My items arrived wrapped with tags in case they were gifts. The presentation? On par with Le Vian. Classy, high quality and beautiful.
As for what I ordered, I'm absolutely charmed by it: great quality stones, fine workmanship & fantastic attention to detail overall. Very wearable too.
My only nitpicks would be that the chain for the necklace got tangled during transit and was a bit challenging to unwind. I would suggest to the shipping department that they wind chains in small plastic baggies to prevent this. I would have liked to be able to use PayPal to check out as well, but that's not always possible with international orders.
Overall, I am delighted. I would happily buy from C'Santos again and suggest that anyone thinking about doing so go ahead and pick something out!
