Poor customer service
I’ve been trying to get in touch with you regarding my order not being delivered- no response, no phone number and just no answer from you is unacceptable!

Zero Contact: We have performed a search of our support database and found no emails from your registered address or missing enquires. We cannot respond to inquiries that were never sent.
Accessible Support: Our contact details are provided on every order confirmation email. Had you used the provided channels, we could have assisted you days ago.
While we are happy to help you locate a package that the carrier has marked as delivered, claiming we are 'unresponsive' when no attempt at contact was made is inaccurate.
