I ordered a pair of Apatite earrings…

I ordered a pair of Apatite earrings from Crystal Intentions website and sadly they didn't have them in stock. CI went above and beyond to apologise and explained that they had forgotten to take them off their website. They actually sent me a pair of earrings that were of a higher value and also a little bag of crystals. I was extremely impressed that they called me to apologise. Thank you so much for the earrings that you sent me, they are lovely. I would totally recommend this company. x

The best place to get crystals from!

The best place to get crystals from! A small business with excellent quality crystals. Personal service, ethically sourced and quick postage. Have used this company many times and never disappoints.

Blue Aventurine Bead Bracelet

I received my Blue Aventurine Bead Bracelet today, 3 days after my order. It is perfect! I am impressed with the quality and it looks exactly as I hoped! Super fast service! It was perfectly packaged with a lovely, personalised hand written note. A free gift of two tumble stones were also included. I'm so happy with my purchase and so very touched by the thoughtful, personal touches made by Michelle from Crystal Intentions. Thank you so much!

Great customer service and fast delivery!

Had an issue with my order where I accidentally picked the wrong item. The customer service was very timely and helpful and was able to reassure me and help me very quickly! The item came on time for my wife's birthday and overall I was very satisfied with my purchase and customer service! Will definitely order again!

Trust me when I say YOU NEED THEM!

Amazing service!! Michelle was just a superstar, very helpful explaining all the meanings of what I end up buying. Trust me when I say it was worth every penny.
I found out my birthstone is a Rose Quartz so I end up getting a ring with it on it.
Also got this Citrine ring that attracts luck, abundance and prosperity.
And for everyone out there going to a festival, Michelle sells these crystal crowns that are just amazing.
