Misleading RTP Information – Unfair Player Treatment

I want to share my experience with Cryptorino, as I believe players should be aware before depositing.

Support clearly told me that the RTP (Return to Player) would be 96%. However, when I played, the games consistently displayed an RTP of only 94%. I have screenshots and chat logs proving this discrepancy.

Losing is part of gambling, but it is not acceptable when a casino provides false or misleading information about RTP, which directly affects fairness and player trust.

I submitted a formal complaint with screenshots attached, but so far I have not received a clear or satisfactory answer. This raises serious concerns about transparency and honest communication.

Players deserve to know the true RTP settings of the games they are playing. I strongly advise others to be cautious until Cryptorino addresses these issues and provides clear confirmation that advertised RTP values match actual gameplay.

This place does control the RTP on games, DO NOT PLAY HERE… they will give free spins for good reviews but my last 20 deposits with zero withdrawals in that time has got me a winning percentage of less than 5%. My last 300 spins alone are less than 2% wins and that’s across multiple games and providers.

You will win early and pretty decent when you sign up but that’s about it. Without a doubt nothing is fair about this place at all…..

If you complain to them and call them out on any of this your winning % will magically get even lower. I’ve been a patron of cryptorino for over two years.

They Control the RTP, and is totaly fake. They RTP is max 20% and no 97%. They changed the name from betpanda to crytporyno but the scam is the same.

My first day experience with them was awful they are super slow to settle won bets.

Also I just found out that Torino belongs to star bright media that is also owner of betpanda. 2 scammer sisters of the same scam family. That's why I just did withdraw my funds and closed their account before they steal my funds.

So I play very few online casinos anymore. I have probably played over 100 of them total.. the thing I like about this casino is I can do lightning deposits with bitcoin. I also like their customer service is pretty on top of things they give you rewards randomly, and once you clear a certain amount when you start, you get cash back every week which is nice, there’s not a lot of bonuses that are issued with a play through requirement. I think I’ve seen one. I generally don’t take these anyway so that works out. It’s very cut and dry and allow me to play the money that I put in with very little fee, if any at all.

I have been a long time sportsbettor and seen many shady and offputing practices by bookies but Cryptorino has beaten them all.

After my initial deposit I won four bets (initially graded falsely as a loss, which I had to dispute with a live chat agent) in short period and had my account locked right after. They sent me an Email saying my account stays locked and all my funds (deposit + winning) will be confiscated. It took them several days to give me a reason for the closure of my account and it was of course made-up stuff that I could disprove with evidence.

I will take the next steps and contact the software provider Betby. Should that not resolve the issue I aim to concact authorities and consider legal advice.

I will update this post should I manage to get my money back as many others had the same issue.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this casino. Yes it allows us customers to play using vpn but dont count on anything except for losing. Which is a bit ridiculous seeing how the casino is run by Americans. Funny how they don't mind ripping their own off. Rtp here is nonexistent. Ive deposited several times nothing close to any wins. They desperately need their games audited. No bonuses or cashback offered either? What a joke. There are far better places to play.
