very good website i recommend for big win

I made bets on this site and everything was OK up to a certain point, namely until I started winning. And then abruptly they start delaying conclusions, even though everything was fine before that! I requested a withdrawal on November 10, 2024, and 2 days later I received an email that my withdrawal was rejected.

Further, absolutely all my requests to support what was going on were ignored and they asked me to wait for an email response. But they didn't answer there either! They were able to respond only on November 21 (11 days after the withdrawal was cancelled). And requested the following documents :

1)Proof of Identity
2)A single, uninterrupted video showing your face from the front and the side, and then you saying right words(which ones they requested)
3)Proof of Address
4)Proof of Payment: A screenshot with deposits on your Cryptorino account, with crypto address, amounts visible

You must agree, there are a lot of documents, right? However, everything they requested was sent to them within ~2 hours, as I am an honest player and have nothing to hide.

Then there was silence for 2 MONTHS. They were only able to respond to me on January 24, 2025. And in the letter they wrote the following:

Hello,

Thank you for sending your documents over to us.

Your betting behaviour was flagged as suspicious by our Sportsbook provider and upon further investigation of both your account and betting activities with our Sportsbook provider, it was determined that you have breached our Terms and Conditions.

For this reason, your account that is registered to this email address will be closed permanently. All the funds and pending bonuses have been forfeited.

We understand that this is not the outcome which you were looking for, but our decision on the matter is final and we will not engage in further correspondence regarding this subject.

Then why was it necessary to request documents if they wanted to steal my money anyway? The question is rhetorical...

In general, be prepared for the fact that at any moment they can freeze your conclusions, request a KYC after 2 weeks, completely ignore you for 2 MONTHS, and in the end they won't give you anything anyway, even after the successful completion of the KYC! Please note that all the necessary documents have been sent, but they are tasked with stealing your money, so you will always lose!

P.S forgot to add that all my bets were on good soccer, tennis, and hockey Leagues. I used to place regular bets, as I am fond of sports and try to make the right bets. However, if you win, they become uninterested in you and block you.

scammers blocked my account because I won money,I played there around 6 months,made bets on e-sports only,so I withdrew 5000 USDT successfully,then tried to withdraw last 3900 USDT and they blocked my account.
they sent email requesting me to do KYC,I sent all the documents and didn't get any reply although 2 days passed,I will update this review if they will unblock my account but I read other reviews and I think it won't happen.
