A shady platform that refused to payout. They are a bunch of thief's that are stealing money from it's user. I suggest you to avoid this platform at any cost!

Update: I find out they are a great scammer.. They refused to pay and not responding the message. Stay away from the scam broker at any cost.

A very efficient trading platform, low spreads and fast execution. hey have great educational resources for traders of all level.

SCAM - Do not trade with this business. The interaction I had was appauling. Charles Lewis is a manipulative, nasty piece of work who is happy to hide behind the telephone. No sense of care for you as a human being or your financial pressures. Despite fintrends operating under the same business and guaranteeing as per the website a refund in the first 90 days I am struggling to get them to communicate with me to refund monies paid due to the poor experience. Think twice before dealing with them.

I am based in the UK not Germany. I didn’t get as far as being able to open an account with you but you still deposited money from me. I have spoken to two members of staff over the phone Charles Lewis and Gary Southgate. I am respectfully asking you to refund the money deposited from me as your refund policy states so I can move on from this experience. You are a disgusting organisation who has no sense of value for members of the public and their finances.

Stop being obstructive and refund me for the value of the balance deposited from my account, which I have already provided to you via your customer support team and provided a screenshot of the transaction from a bank statement.

If that is the case then how come I have already confirmed two employees of the business and have proof of deposited funds. WhatsApp conversations and emails between myself and the business including a reply from your pathetic customer support team.

Trust pilot is there anyway to intervene or should I just defer to trading standards?

Trust pilot please can you intervene. This is fradulent and causing an unnecessary amount of stress to me. I have done everything that has been asked of me by the business via whatsapp and email to prove funds in order for them to refund me and still they are being obstructive and failing to return monies paid out.

Scam !! Don't send them money you can't get it back .

I made a small deposits to test this platform. So far everything went as planned. I didn't made withdrawal yet.

This was my first broker when I started trading! I remember opening a demo account and traded demo account quiet a while. Finally I opened a live account with them. Their spreads are little bit of high compared to others but trading execution is very fast. I enjoy trading with Cryptopare!
