Retrieve my cryptonow now prepaid bitcoin card
I got 2 cryptonow prepaid bitcoin cards both worth 500chf about 2 weeks ago. I had to redeem them on the website, after which I could view my transaction on the blockchain explorer but I couldn’t get hold of the bitcoins. When I contacted the cryptonow services they gave me a quick reply by suggesting exodus wallet app, after numerous tries to move my bitcoin from my cryptonow private key to exodus which all failed. Then I had the fear I had lost my coins from the blockchain explorer because I knew there’re lots of hackers there. But then I had to contact cryptonow service again they told me to holdup and they will sort them out. A min later they sent a link which provided me with both transactions of my wallet then I felt little safe.
But then I needed my coins so I messaged cryptonow service again telling them to help me get the coins out and this was the most difficult thing to do since I had to trust them with my bitcoin and my private key. I had to send to them the details (pictures) of the two prepaid bitcoin cards. Less than 3 mins they sent a reply with informations of my first card telling me to try moving the bitcoins on exodus then I tried it was a success. I told them to do then second and it was a success.
I wouldn’t stop talking about the services of these people 10/10. They’re reliable and punctual.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The price of BTC is much higher than on the exchanges. Currently the price is CHF 44'488.- and on cryptonow, the exchange was done at CHF 50'150.-. The price indicated when I pressed to make the exchange has increased, I received less BTC after the transaction.
