SCAM CRYPTO GUARD "REFUND" IS A SCAM

A guy from Crypto Guard called me this morning saying I had filled out a form regarding a refund. I was surprised because I do not remember doing that, and I told him that. He replied he was a lawyer and would send me on the Telegram App, which he did, and I have a print of the contract. They even give their address in Belgium and phone number. I went to Google Search and couldn't find it as a lawyer Studies but as a Tech company. Then Trustpilot popped up, and I read the review on this SCAM. Thank you, Nigel, for your review, eye-opening indeed. It's sad to realize the number of scammers and fraudsters nowadays. Shame on them. I wish that One day they pay for what they do to honest people.

Another SCAM company.

Another SCAM company.

RECENTLY CHANGED NAME FROM

CRYPTO - GUARD . TECH.

These people will do anything to get your funds.

I dealt with J.B. who initially was very kind and understanding and quickly traced my funds.

This is where it all goes wrong and the mind games start.

The funds just happen to be located in an offshore account in Samoa - SCB (Samoa commercial bank) which is a legitimate bank.
However they are unable to release the funds without an upfront fee. They even provided a statement of the account identifying themselves as SCB.
Unknown to JB I contacted the real SCB through and employees email posted on their official site. I provided all the details I had.
After a couple of hours they confirmed that the paperwork provided were all fake and that the bank didnt even deal with crypto. They advised me to contact the police and they would help if they required any information.
Obviously JB was oblivious to this and kept insisting that I pay the % release fee.
I asked JB to contact the police to validate his identity which obviously he refused.
The plight continues with JB pretending that he is legitimate and can prove his identity, which he did by sending a copy of his driving licence. Who JB really is? I do not know.
But one thing is certain the Jacob Banks that I have been in contact with is certainly not legitimate and carefully manipulates a reality in the hope of getting a payout.

And so it continues, my first posting on here I took down as JBpromised that he would help, but in reality nothing has changed.
He is nothing but a scammer who cant provide evidence that can change that.

Whatever you do, and if you are in my situation do not use this company.

Update. This company had since changed its web site to

Crypto - guard .org

In an attempt to stay ambiguous.
They will try anything to get your funds.

They even offered me 10% of my own money if I gave them access to the Samoa account, in a hope that I would make contact with the bank (which is themselves) and pay the release fee.
