Good service and nice features. You can get your crypterium bank account where you can withdraw your funds to, and it works without issues. Also their support is on a high level.

The overall application is great... For the most part
The overall application is great, but the few downsides ive noticed was the difficulty in the verification process, making it almost impossible to be verified, having the ability to transfer my crypto into my account was nice but the inability to transfer the same amount back out Just left a negative impact. They allow you to transfer 150 Euro without verification, but it has a serious bug. Me being from the US, my conversion was a little off from $ and i tried to transfer more than the 150 euro monthly limit, it failed to transfer due to exceeding the limit as expected, but the system still deducted my monthly limit to 0 even though it never went through, which was not expected and caused my assets to be locked to this application because i also wasnt able to order the debit card, not even a virtual one. I contacted support to get assistance with this issue or help with verification but unfortunately it really wasnt much help, i was told "it clearly states you have a 150 euro limit and must wait until it restores next month" even though i was trying to explain this was my first withdraw and havent used the 150 euro yet, but either way i just wanted to get verified but unfortunately i didn't receive anymore responses from support, which was inconvenient. Like i said for the most part the application the application would be great, if i wasnt being restricted on controlling my own assets.

The Crypterium Wallet makes it easy for you to move in and out your digital assets. As a fully AML/CTF compliant company, we are required to conduct checks to ensure that transactions are not linked to illegal activities. To do so, yes, we need to know a bit more about you.
Depending on the features you would like to use on the Crypterium Wallet, you will need to provide different details about your identity and residence.
The first verification stage will automatically let you make a trial purchase from a card up to 10 euros and will unblock a turnover of crypto-crypto transactions with a limit of up to 150 euros per month.
If you keep upgrading your verification status, you will open a possibility to make crypto-fiat transactions with a total limit of 10,000 euros. Apart from this, you will be able to cash out cryptocurrencies straight to your card or bank account, exchange, and buy digital currencies using your bank card.
If limits are not for you, you are welcome to comply with the last verification requirement. This will let you take advantage of the Crypterium wallet with no limitations.

The project, in itself, is very interesting and useful. Overall their initiatives are very intriguing and convenient (like the staking of CRPT).
The reason why I give 3 stars is that I find their U.I. confusing and lacks the information and clarity of apps like CoinBase.
Hopefully, they will improve these aspects.

I am using Crypterium app from 2019 and…
I am using Crypterium app from 2019 and i have a really good experience. As i travel a lot, Crypterium card helped me to save a lot of money and reduce the cross border transaction fees which the regular bank cards does. I also don't need to worry about the currency exchange rates and fee.
Also we can use their app, to lock your investments in different tokens and to earn good interest rates on them.
Last but not the least, look into their CRPT token, where there is a lot of potential to this project in coming years. There will be bull run, once they released their American Visa Card.
