I’ve just completed the IOSH Managing Safely course with Martin and, for a health and safety programme, it was actually very good. The content was clear, relevant, and focused on real‑world application rather than generic theory. The structure made it easy to follow, and the examples used throughout helped reinforce the key principles without dragging the pace.

The trainer kept the sessions engaging and practical, which makes a big difference on a course that can easily become box‑ticky if delivered poorly. The modules on risk assessment, incident causation, and responsibilities were particularly useful and aligned well with what we deal with day‑to‑day on site and in operational environments.

I was initially apprehensive about attending a course remotely but Martin who delivered the course was excellent! The course was well structured allowing time for open discussion with regular re-caps to ensure what had been discussed was understood before moving onto the next section. A throughly enjoyable course and would recommend CRX Safety Training & Consultancy.

After researching online IOSH courses for many years, I came across CRX Training ealier this year.
I have since completed the IOSH Risk Assessment Awareness and IOSH Asbestos Awareness courses, and I have to say they are both high quality.
Both IOSH certified courses are excellent value, incredibly well priced, especially when official IOSH certificates arrive in the post.
The courses are very well structured, and the format is extremely easy and straight forward to follow, even for a total novice with no or minimal health & safety knowledge and experience.
Martin is incredibly helpful, and responds very quickly to any queries you may need to raise.
The quick quizzes within the courses are pleasantly easy to follow and really help with the end of course assessments.
I would definitely recommend CRX as a creditible H&S training provider.
