find a real removal company not this one
Dont get me wrong.
I have had two experiences with this company.
and I will be honest and say my first experience was a good one, 2 guys worked hard to achieve all they could as quick as they could fantastic
However ...
My second experience with this company
well it could not have got much worse.
Phone call from the truck " we will be there in about 30 mins" over an hour later they show up
guy comes in I show him around
and talk about what has to go
" the last 2 ***** did f*** all "
so never mind
so they start to load up the truck and there is cursing and the such ok, it is a warm day
then when they have loaded what they want to take after moving things around so they could only take things they wanted I am left with now 2 furniture trailers of things to pick up
so ok we are now on the road to the new place
get to unload more cursing
start unloading smash an expensive display cabinet
ripped a door off a cupboard
ruined or broken items and yes I can supply photos of damage
hit the corner of a marble table and chipped the corner.
shelving have the legs snapped off
when I asked about it " oh yeah there is one floating around the truck"
things just dumped anywhere
broken items I am not finding hidden in amoung other things so they didnt have to disclose they have broken so many items
seriously I have used cheaper companies over the yrs and this 2 man crew have broken or damaged more items than my last 4 moves.
The accept no responsibility for damages during the move.
they offer no compensation for anything they have broken or damaged
NOT even an apology
Disappointing and disgraceful way to treat people and property
