These guys are an absolute fraud. They take payment and then there is no delivery. They sent me a part order of polyester instead of swiss cotton. The remaining order never arrived, not did the refund.

I wish I could give a negative review., They are so horrible. They will not pick your calls, neither reply to the emails nor phone calls. GUYS PLEASEW PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! And dont go by the designs, jab orders hi nahin milne toh designs dekh kar kya hi karenge.

I have a very bad experience with them. First they delivered the parcel very very late and some of the fabrics were still missing. Their customer service is SO POOR, that they stop replying to messages or take calls. Then I had a word with the owner and she said I could place the rest of my order and she will take responsibility for timely delivery. Now they’ve stopped taking calls. An absolute NO if you’re a business looking to source fabric from them. They’ll leave you hanging in the dry.

It took three weeks to get the order delivered and there was no customer support at all!!! The print quality is poor. Super disappointing!

The quality is superb .. absolutely happy with my fabric .. just the courier service should be improved as I had wait for a long time . An awesome sight for your DIY’s .

I had ordered a fabric but due to the mistake of the courier company, my order was delivered somewhere else.
I raised a complaint for the same with the sales team and got the fabric delivered within e week.

Best printing quality

They got pretty prints and fabric quality is good too, but main reason I buy from them is their Sales Manager Chaya , she always understand my requirements, answers my queries and provide best service which makes my entire buying experience smooth.

The team is excellent and provides great attention to detail . Quality of the fabric and prints are outstanding. I once had issues with my order but the team resolved it immediately. It's great working with crunky funky!
